Action protocol against COVID-19
Antigua Hotel Solutions promises to comply with the biosecurity measures to avoid the propagation and spread of COVID-19 in our facilities, protecting our staff, guests, and providers who visit us.

All the staff, guests, and third parties ought to respect the biosecurity measures inside the facilities as well as comply with the prevention measures inside and outside of the facilities.

Antigua Hotel Solutions promises to apply all the cleaning and disinfecting measures and to provide personal protection equipment to its staff.

POLICIES
• All the staff ought to use their personal protection equipment and follow the security and hygiene measures provided in this protocol.
• Schedules should be organized such that only one receptionist is working whenever possible.
• Two maids cannot clean and disinfect one room at the same time.
• Staff breaks should be timed so that they do not coincide, being just one person at a time, and complying with physical distancing.
• The sauna in Casa del Parque will remain temporarily closed.
• In common areas such as living rooms, dining rooms, terraces, kitchens, and small gardens, it is recommended that guests wear masks and maintain physical distance.
• Occupancy will not be over 50% in each hotel.
• Every hotel will have a room designated specifically for a guest with COVID-19 which will be blocked and not available to let.
• Follow the established protocol if a guest is found to have COVID-19
